Life Skills!

During lockdown James has learnt some valuable life skills. He has learnt how to cook and bake, how to mow the lawns and today he helped his dad change a bike tyre! What new skills have you acquired over the past month? 

Special finds...

James and I have been doing a lot of exploring each day. Him on his bike and me walking. We found this beautiful reserve, the Erne Clark reserve about 30 mins walked from our house. Today we went back and took a picnic. What special finds have you discovered during lockdown?

Well the rock candy experiment worked! After two weeks James ended up with this!

Skills!

James has been going on soo many bike rides during lockdown that he’s really improved his skillls. He can do stunts and even ride one handed. What are some of the skills you have improved during isolation? 

Camping!

Tonight James and Quinn are camping in the back yard. They set up the tent this afternoon. We have just made s’mores by the campfire and are nearly ready for bed. Have you been camping before? Where did you go? 

Black tie Friday!

Tonight the teachers had a Google Meet to catch up. The theme was formal dress so we had to wear our best! It was lovely to see everyone and there were many laughs. What have you been doing to stay connected with your friends during lockdown?
